Time Management
College is often the first time that students are tasked with creating their own schedules. Knowing how to make their own structure can be a difficult initial transition, but there are many strategies to help. I can help college students really see how they are using their time and plan for assignments. As part of this, I can help them break apart longer term assignments and keep track of assignments.
Self-Advocacy Skills
College students will need to know how best to advocate for themselves. This may be knowing how to make sure their accommodations are in place. It may be knowing how to politely email their professors. It can be difficult for young adults beginning to navigate adult relationships with professors and other staff at their university.

Study, Note, and Test-Taking Skills
College students can sometimes be initially surprised by the amount of content covered in their courses. I can help them further develop their study, note, and test-taking skills for a college environment.
